Kedarnath is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks, making it the most remote site among all four Char Dham Shrines . But each year the followers of Lord Shiva visit this holy temple. Badrinath town is also the part of Panch Badri temples including Yog Dhyan Badri, Bhavishya Badri, Adi Badri and Vriddha Badri, along with Badrinath temple.Badrinath temple is located at an altitude of about 3415 mts above the sea level in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. The temple is located in Silent valley of Garhwal Himalayas on the seashore of flowing water of Alaknanda river. Everyone heared about the marvellous or stunning beauty of Badrinath town, with pleasant weather, dense forest, snow clad Mountains, holy river with surrounding green valley which attracts tourists from India as well as from abroad.Although Badrinath temple was built by the Adi Shankaracharya, who initially discovered the Badrinarayan idol in the Alakananda River and installed it in hot water spring of Tapt Kund. Present temple was built by King of Garhwal in 16th century. Ornament Stones, Impressive traditional carving, Pillars Design is the first features to strike lots of devotees visually. The Archectiture appearance of the Badrinath temple is similar to the appearence of Buddhist Vihara temple.According to legend it is believed that At the time of Satya yuga , Lord Shiva meditated here for thousands of years when Goddess Lakshmi provided shadow over her husband in the form of a Badri tree. So the place came to be known as name of Badrinath. Actually, the whole valley encompassing Kedar-Badri was the home of Lord Shiva. It is one of the reason that, The Temple is flooded with devotees during mahashivratri Festival as well.At the entrance gate of Badrinath Temple, main idol of Lord Shiva is Placed on Bird Garud, the vehicle of Lord Badrinarayan. When you will enter the main Sanctum you will find mediated Adi Shankaracharya Murti. You will find many images of gods namely Kuber, Sridevi and Bhoodevi as well as the sages Nar, Narayan, Bhakta Narada all are seated around the main Deity of Lord Shiva. There are many shrines in and around the temple such as Goddess Laxmi, Hanuman, Narsimha, Nar-Narayan, Ghanta Karna and an Ashta bhuja Ganesha. The diety of Badrinath temple is made of black stone shaligram.
Day 01: Arrival at Dehradun
The tour begins with a pick-up from Dehradun Airport or Railway Station one day prior to the scheduled Char Dham Yatra departure, followed by a transfer to the hotel. In the evening, our team will conduct a detailed briefing on the entire Char Dham Yatra at 20:30 hrs.
Each guest will be provided with a duffle bag during the briefing, in which essential luggage must be packed. Please note that a maximum of 5 kg per person is permitted.
Enjoy an overnight stay in Dehradun, complete with a hearty dinner.
Note: As part of tour preparations, heli operator's staff will record each pilgrim's body weight during the briefing session. Kindly ensure your presence.
Day 02 :Yamunotri
The auspicious Char Dham Yatra begins from the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun ( 7:00/10:00 AM- Departure). Guests will check out from the hotel at the designated time, after which our representative will escort them to the helipad.
Upon arrival, our ground personnel will warmly welcome the guests and assist them in settling into the waiting lounge. Pre-flight instructions will be provided before boarding the helicopter.
Upon arrival at Kharsali, guests will be received by our ground staff and transferred to Yamunotri Temple by palki or pony. The trek from the helipad to the temple is approximately 6 kilometres, and a round trip by palki typically takes around 5 hours. After darshan, guests will return to the helipad and proceed to their accommodation. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at Kharsali.
Note:
A toll tax of ₹600 per pilgrim is levied by the Gram Panchayat and must be paid directly by guests.

The final and appropriate timings will be communicated 1 day prior to the event date to ensure smooth coordination.
Day 03: Gangotri
After checking out from the hotel at the designated time, guests will board the helicopter from Kharsali Helipad and arrive at Harsil Helipad, Gangotri, within the estimated flight duration. Nestled in one of Uttarakhand’s most breathtaking valleys, Harsil is often referred to as Mini Switzerland due to its stunning natural beauty. From Harsil Helipad, Gangotri Temple is approximately 22 kilometres away, with a scenic drive taking around 50 minutes by car. It is recommended that guests proceed directly to the temple upon landing. Our ground staff will assist with darshan at Gangotri Temple, ensuring a smooth and spiritually enriching experience. After returning from the temple, guests can enjoy lunch at the resort, followed by some well-earned relaxation. In the evening, unwind by the campfire or take a leisurely walk to the nearby village, where you can shop for authentic woollen items such as sweaters, shawls, and mufflers—handcrafted by local tribal women. This part of the journey offers not just spiritual depth but also cultural charm, making it a cherished highlight of the Char Dham Yatra.
Day 04 : Kedarnath
Guests are advised to check out from their hotel at the designated time, after which they will proceed to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, guests will fly onward to Guptkashi/ Phata, continuing their Char Dham journey.
At Guptkashi/Phata, guests will board a helicopter shuttle to Kedarnath Dham. The helicopter will land at Kedarnath Helipad, located approximately 500 meters from the temple. Our ground staff will assist with VIP darshan arrangements, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience.
Darshan at Kedarnath typically takes around 2 hours, while the shuttle flight duration is approximately 10 minutes each way.
After darshan, guests will return to Guptkashi/Phata by helicopter and will be transferred by road to their hotel. The overnight stay will be arranged either at Guptkashi or Kedarnath, depending on the itinerary and weather conditions.
Note: Night halt at Kedarnath will be arranged on a triple or quad sharing basis and is payable directly by the guests. Please be advised that the accommodation quality available at Kedarnath Dham is modestly above average. While it is clean and functional, guests are encouraged to maintain realistic expectations regarding comfort and amenities due to the remote location.
Day 05: Badrinath
After breakfast, guests will check out from their hotel in Guptkashi and proceed to Guptkashi/ Phata helipad. From there, they will board a helicopter bound for Badrinath Dham. Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, passengers can check in to their hotel, conveniently located near the temple. Our ground staff will assist with darshan at the sacred Badrinath Temple, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling visit. In the evening, a visit to the nearby Mana Village is highly recommended. Known as the first Indian village after the international border with China, Mana offers a rare glimpse into local Himalayan culture, mythology, and scenic beauty.
Day 06: Badrinath - Dehradun
Early in the morning, guests may participate in the Special Abhishek Puja at Badrinath Temple (optional and at personal cost). This sacred ritual begins promptly at 5:30 AM and lasts for approximately 2 hours. Participants are given a rare opportunity to sit inside the temple and witness the Shringar Darshan of the deity from close quarters. After the puja, guests will return to their hotel for breakfast, followed by a helicopter flight to Dehradun. Upon arrival at the Dehradun Helipad, transfers will be arranged to the airport or railway station. Your Char Dham Helicopter Tour concludes here, leaving you with spiritual fulfilment and cherished memories for a lifetime.

Chardham Heli Yatra Tour Package Terms & Conditions
- One can enroll His/Her name for the tour by paying 50% of the total tour cost for any tour as advance. The balance amount must be paid at least 45 days before schedule date of departure of the tour, without waiting for reminder from our side. We reserve the right to cancel the tour, alter the routes, carriers, time-tables, itinerary and accommodation without prior notice.
- Tourist travels at their own risk. Neither the tour operator nor their representatives or staff accept any liabilities or responsibilities for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death etc, during the tour howsoever it might have caused.
- It is necessary to book at least 120 days in advance before the schedule departure of the tour. We do not accept any responsibilities and liabilities for the railway tickets of the passengers who book with us for less than 120 days from the scheduled departure of the train. If we have to make any alternate arrangement, then the extra cost of making alternate arrangement should be borne by the passengers only.
- Berth Nos. & Coach Nos. of Railway Tickets are allotted by the computer and therefore passengers have to accept as they are given.
- There will be NO SERVICES & MEALS DURING TRAIN / BUS JOURNEYS.
- Any increase in Air / Bus Fares should be borne by the passenger only.
- We have published the names of the Hotels for each tour, even though we reserve the right to change the same, if the accommodation is not available in the Identified / Specified Hotel for the particular package tour due to reasons beyond our control. We shall make all our best efforts to shift the passengers to the Hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standards. No refund will be allowed when we have provided alternative / similar accommodation. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the respective Hotels, and they shall have to be vacated as per the check-out time of the Hotel.
- The management reserves the right to take all necessary steps including suspending the passengers who creates trouble for the management or to the other fellow passengers.
- If due to any reason beyond our control like riots, accidents, flood, political unrest, bandh calls or any natural, or man made calamities, the tour programme needs to be changed or extended, then the additional expenditure for the same will be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the tour mid way due to any reason, then there shall be no refund for the remaining part of the tour and the expenses for returning back shall also be borne by the passengers only.
- If due to any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel some sight seeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. If a tour is cancelled from our part then the cost and responsibility of organising the new tour will be of passengers only.
- Any complain regarding our services like Hotels, Bus, etc, passengers are advised to inform our office immediately by Phone / Fax so that the same can be re-addressed on the spot, no complains or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the tour.
- Any dispute / claims subject to Surat Jurisdiction.
- Any change / additional Govt. Service tax levied must born by the passengers.
- Timings mentioned in the itinerary for the Bus / Flight journey are estimated only. There are frequent chances of delay in arrival / departure at destination due to various reasons.
- Postponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation and accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.

- Child (5-11 yrs) with extra bed rate will be given only mattress in the parents room. Child up to 4 years will not be given any extra bed and no seats in train and bus.
- There will be NO refund for any unutilized service on the tour.

- We are Travel Agent and Holiday Organizers only and act as an agent for clients on one side and the operator of the various facilities on the other side in the best interest of the clients. We do not own any Hotel & do not operate or control any Airlines, other services like transport services / guides, Although we try our best to arrange and render best services yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever of the performance of the Hotels, Airlines, Guide Services, Transport Services, opening of the sightseeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have direct control. We do not bear any responsibility & shall not be liable, whatsoever for any dissatisfaction, loss of life and property, death, damages etc. Caused by the act or default or management or employees of such independent contractors and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdown and facilities, accidents, negligence, delay in services of all concerned and for any act of omission or inconveniences caused in connection with the travel facility etc. We shall not be responsible for any loss / damage / claim / financial compensation and any liability in any form / in any respect and on any account whatsoever. It is advisable to take comprehensive insurance including illness, accidental or anyother events.
Cancellation Charges:-
- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
